She loves Customer Success because it provides the opportunity to work with top businesses and brands, learn about their goals and challenges, identify commonalities, and share learnings across the entire customer base. As VP of Customer Success, Melissa works with Mobify’s success managers, insights, and platform success teams to ensure our customers and partners get the most out of their investment and have a frictionless experience from kick-off to renewal. Since completing her MBA, she’s worked in various Customer Success roles within the SaaS industry and consulted with top global brands including Under Armour, Pandora, Tommy Bahama, Pizza Hut, Applebees, and Native Shoes. When she’s not working, you can find Melissa soaking up time with her husband, toddler, and baby in Charlotte, NC.
