Julie is passionate about the customer experience and finds ways to position her team as a strategic partner to top businesses around the world. At Mobify, Julie is responsible for a global team of customer success managers, training experts and developer advocates that support the customer journey from kick-off all the way to renewal. She is constantly finding ways to ensure customers see value in Mobify’s mobile engagement platform and proving ROI. Julie has over a decade of experience managing and mentoring team members. Prior to Mobify she was Vice President of Customer Success at Vision Critical specializing in Insight Community management and strategy. Julie has consulted with hundreds of brands and companies across the globe such as Nordstrom, Gap, Nestle and Amazon. When not consumed with the excitement at Mobify, Julie is dreaming up the next party theme or DIY project for her kids or home.
