VANCOUVER, Canada – Nov. 15, 2015 – Mobify, provider of the most powerful and advanced mobile commerce and engagement platform, today announced the addition of two veterans of B2B and B2C omnichannel customer engagement, digital marketing, and enterprise e-commerce to head sales and marketing. Cliff Conneighton joins Mobify as Chief Marketing Officer and Alex Bullock has been named Vice President of Sales, Americas. Mobify, the only complete mobile commerce and engagement solution available today, is rapidly introducing breakthrough features and channels to drive mobile engagement on the web, in apps, and through entirely new channels, such as retail’s first push notifications-based Web Engagement Messaging.
An advisor to top vendors in e-commerce and enterprise software, Conneighton has created market-leading strategy and is the architect behind the branding, messaging, and market expansion of highly successful technology platforms. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Marketing at commerce and customer engagement software provider hybris, an SAP company, where he helped achieve #1 market share globally. He was previously Senior Vice President and CMO at ATG, a dominant provider of platform software for high-end e-commerce sites acquired by Oracle. He held executive and founding positions at a number of technology and service providers such as ICOMS, Lotus, and Gartner. At Mobify, Conneighton is responsible for market strategy, product marketing, and outbound marketing globally.
Bullock joins Mobify as an expert in driving sales revenue and partnerships for technology companies and their customers, specializing in the issues businesses face as they expand their customer engagement across channels. He joins Mobify from hybris, where he held various leadership roles that helped grow the company from 100 employees to 1,000, through an eventual sale to SAP. In his most recent role with SAP hybris, he was Vice President, General Business for SAP’s Customer Engagement and Commerce line of business, focused on leading a partner-led, go to market strategy for SAP’s customers that were $1b in annual revenue and below. At Mobify, Bullock leads the teams focused on sales, solution engineering, business development, strategic customers, and alliances.
“We’re exceptionally lucky to have attracted two highly sought-after sales and marketing pros who not only understand the challenges customers face in leveraging multiple channels to grow revenue but have vast experience launching innovative new technologies in fast-paced markets — and have worked closely together in past roles,” said Mobify CEO Igor Faletski.
