Responsibilities:
- Secure new customers through inbound leads, cold calling, networking and referrals.
- Report to the Director of Sales.
- Communicate the Mobify value proposition and competitive advantages to the marketplace.
- Deliver consistent sales results while meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Requirements:

Junior Front-End Engineer
Mobify is looking for junior front-end engineer to join our launch team. As a junior front-end engineer you’ll help construct mobile and tablet sites for our incredible clients. Mobify is hiring a Director of Engineering. Your experience and attention to detail will guide the evolution of the Mobify platform. As a passionate engineering manager, you will have a unique opportunity to improve the mobile web experience for tens of millions of people.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product roadmap working with the CTO and Chief Architect
- Assign areas of ownership, ensure engineers have clear priorities and adequate resources
- Communicate status, risks to test complete dates and ensure on-time delivery of all committed projects
- Report weekly trends highlighting product performance and team status against milestones and projects
- Active involvement in the hiring process, onboarding and training
- Think strategically while staying on top of technology execution
- 5+ years of people management experience with 10+ engineers
